Your tech neighbor down the street

Technology should feel like a neighbor you trust enough to let in.

Teknikgrannen builds the Customer Engine for local businesses — website, booking, payment, email and bookkeeping in one flow. Your customer clicks, pays, and everything takes care of itself: confirmation, reminder, booked into your accounts. You don't need to know AI — I map how you work, build it, and keep it running.

Everything is built on your own accounts — you own your solution, I'm the neighbor who looks after it.

The core product

The Customer Engine — from first click to closed books.

Four things that already exist on their own: a website, payments, email and bookkeeping. What you're buying is making them sing together — automatically, around the clock, with nobody dropping the ball.

1 — Customer books

A session, a slot, a course or a product — right on your site, even while you sleep.

2 — Pays

Card or punch card. Prices live on the server — nobody can game them.

3 — Gets confirmed

A beautiful email with a calendar file — the booking lands in your customer's phone.

4 — Gets reminded

"See you tomorrow!" goes out automatically every morning. You get the day's list.

5 — Gets booked

A paid invoice lands in your accounting software. Done. No Friday paperwork pile.

11:04 pmA customer booked in the middle of the night. You were asleep. It all happened anyway.

Everything is built on your own island.

Every account — hosting, payments, email, bookkeeping — is in your name and controlled by your keys. You can kick me out with one click and everything keeps working. That's how it should be.

The Customer Engine is running for real clients today — one of them received their first fully automatic booking the same evening the engine was switched on.

What I do — in plain words

A customer flow in three steps — explained like to a neighbor over the fence.

Website, voice agent and automation are the building blocks. What you're buying is the result: more customers taken care of, clear next steps, and less busywork for your staff.

Not a course. Not a maturity assessment. Not a report you're left holding.
I do it for you — and run it so you never have to think about it.

01

Catch the customer contact

Phone, website, form or email — when your staff have their hands full, the digital reception takes the first contact, so the customer doesn't call the next name on the list.

More inquiries taken care of
02

Give the customer a next step

The right details are collected, the customer can book, gets confirmed by SMS or email — or is gently handed over to a human when something needs judgment.

Nobody left hanging
03

Help your staff follow up

Structured summaries, work lists and reminders — fewer interruptions, better context, and your staff always decide the next step themselves.

Less administration
Click.Every unanswered call is a customer dialing the next name on the list

We measure instead of promising.

More incoming customer contacts get handled when your staff are busy. We measure how many the solution catches and what they lead to — so you can see what it's worth, in your own numbers.

You describe how you work. I build, test and adjust the solution together with you.

How it works

Three steps. You don't need to know anything technical.

No long process, no unnecessary meetings. You describe — I build — you see it work.

01

We talk for 20 minutes

You tell me what eats your time or what you want fixed. I listen and tell you straight what I can do — and what it will cost. No salespeople, just me.

02

I build

I build the site, the voice agent or the flow — on your own accounts. You own the solution from day one and are never locked in with me. Everything is documented: how it's built, which services are used, and who has access to what.

03

You see the result

You see it working before we go further. Then I keep it running so it just rolls — and you have a neighbor to call whenever you're wondering about something.

Fixed price — you know what it costs before we start. No hidden fees, no surprises.

The Customer Engine

The core product. Website, booking, payment, email and bookkeeping in one flow — the customer clicks, you see the notification, everything else takes care of itself. Built on your own accounts, tailored to how you actually work.

Running for real clients — the chain can be seen live

Digital reception

A voice agent or digital intake that catches the customer when nobody can answer: collects the right details, confirms, and hands a finished case to your staff. Never judges, never promises prices — that stays your call.

Standalone — or as the engine's front door

A website that sells

The simplest start. A site that brings in customers — fast, great on mobile, easy to update yourself. Ready in days, and built so the engine can be plugged in the day you want to grow.

Who you're letting in

Hi, I'm Marcus — the neighbor who happens to know the tech.

I'm not a big agency with a sales department and a support queue. I'm one person. You talk to me, I build, and I'm still here after it's built.

I've built websites and apps for bakeries, restaurants and families — everything from a 200-product menu to a diary that helps a sick child through everyday life. What I love most is taking something that feels complicated and technical, and making it so natural you forget it's technology.

Behind the scenes I run a small fleet of AI tools that lets me deliver fast. But on the outside, it's always a human you're dealing with. That's the whole point of being a neighbor — you know each other.

Talk to our voice demo — she's awake right now.

This is the same kind of voice agent that could answer for your business. She books appointments, handles the usual questions, and sounds surprisingly human. Try her right here — no booking required. (She speaks Swedish; English is coming.)
